Nuno holds a law degree in Law with Criminology and has completed his legal practise course recently. He joined us in 2024 after working for His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMTCS) and actively engaging with the criminal justice system. His reputation was significant, with references received from District Judges and law firm owners from around London due to his mannerisms and attention to detail.

Having worked and therefore recognised the pressures and fast pace of Magistrates Courts, Nuno is currently working on cases at Nicholls & Nicholls that have proceedings in those courts and also in the police stations, utilising the Criminal Procedure Rules to the advantage of our clients, and fine tuning his knowledge of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.

Nuno is no stranger to multi-tasking having worked in fast paced and pressured environments and volunteered with specialist charities, focussing on youths and civil rights, all whilst studying university studies. He has also volunteered in numerous legal clinics offering pro bono advice to individuals on a range of issues.

During his training contract, Nuno will be under the supervision of the managing partner, Lucinda. He will be working on regulatory cases, appeals, judicial review matters and defence litigation.
Nuno speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, Creole and Madjaku.
