Andrew Lee
Trainee Solicitor

Andrew joins Nicholls & Nicholls as a trainee solicitor after a successful career managing elite private schools in Seoul, South Korea. Coming from a business background at university and many years in senior roles within demanding professional environments, he brings with him strong organisational skills, sound judgment, and a calm approach to working under pressure.

Before joining this firm, Andrew worked at a busy criminal law firm in London, working on a wide range of general criminal cases and prisoner rights. Since joining Nicholls & Nicholls, he is now developing a particular focus on regulatory and professional misconduct matters involving professional bodies.  This is in addition to him working on complex matters of fraud and ‘white collar crime’ offences that are being investigated by specialist prosecutors.

Andrew is a fully accredited police station representative and assists clients at what is often one of the most stressful and vulnerable points in their case. He has experience in youth matters and is committed to providing clear, supportive, and practical advice to every client he works with. Fluent in both English and Korean, Andrew is able to support members of the Korean community both in the UK and abroad, assisting those who may feel more comfortable communicating in their native language.
